Peter A. Petricca
Peter is a real estate executive with expertise in developing industry leading multifamily and mixed-use projects. With over three decades of development, construction, and investment experience, he established and led regional offices for Trammel Crow Residential and Greystar Real Estate Partners in Houston, Raleigh, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, and Austin. Most recently, he established a Texas regional office and served as Executive Managing Director for Madison Capital Group. Throughout his career, he developed over 9,100 units in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. With a deep and unparalleled knowledge in all multifamily product types, he has also developed formal development policies and procedures that streamline the process while mitigating risk.
Peter began his career in commercial construction and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS cum laude in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
Peter is a licensed professional engineer and a member of ULI, Texas Real Estate Counsel, and NMHC.
Principal - Dallas, TexasCarlos brings extensive entrepreneurial and institutional experience across real estate development, investment banking, and private equity. Over his career, he has participated in multiple real estate ventures, including multifamily development projects totaling approximately 3,000 apartment units with an aggregate value of $900 million. He previously served at Houston-based Buckhead Investment Partners, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s development platform. He also served as Department Head and Vice President of Investments at Allied Orion Group in Houston. Earlier in his career, Carlos founded and led a boutique real estate investment firm in Houston, executing numerous multifamily and land development transactions.
Carlos began his professional career as a Project Engineer with Baker Hughes in Venezuela. After completing graduate studies, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and later as a Manager in the International Corporate Finance Division at Citicorp/Citibank. In 1992, he co-founded Grupo SDL, an investment banking boutique focused on South America, which became a leading advisory firm in the region.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Simón Bolívar University and an MBA from IESA, both in Venezuela.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to identify opportunities, structure complex transactions, and execute projects that create long-term value across multiple asset classes.
He is a Founding Shareholder of Integrity Bank Houston, where he continues to play an influential role in shaping the bank’s growth and expanding its international portfolio. Noel also serves on the Board of Directors of Altara Capital, a real estate investment firm with a significant presence in Spain, where he provides strategic guidance on investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio growth. In addition, he is a board member of Timeless Brands, a global hospitality company, where he supports the company’s expansion and brand development across international markets.
Noel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Rice University in Houston.
